ABOUT

I grew up with a love for travel and a curiosity about the world that always made me want to explore. Early in my career, I found my way into a marketing position with an international healthcare startup in Albuquerque, New Mexico that taught me everything I never learned in business school - tough decision-making, how to grow on bootstrapped budgets, and the value of building a team with clearly defined goals.

By the time I earned my M.B.A., I knew I belonged with entrepreneurial organizations. I'm allergic to bureaucracy and inefficiency. I love the agility that I've found in small and medium-sized organizations and enjoy environments where every hire makes a difference, every campaign moves the needle, and every team member is directly connected to the success or failure of the mission.

To prove value, you need tracking and accountability. In every role, I implement the technology needed to provide insights into campaign results and embrace the accountability of regular KPI reporting.

Whether determining how to allocate budget, when to hire, or which new markets to pursue, I put whatever data is available at the heart of every decision.
